How to Apply

Registration starts in the month of October prior to your child’s entry in the following September.

For example, registration starts in Oct 2024, for your child to be admitted for the school term starting in September of the following year. Your child must turn five before the September you wish to enroll your child.

Registration for September 2024.

  • Entry level into Junior Infants or First Year.
  • Please fill out one form per child.
  • Registration fee $500.00 per child.
  • While it is prudent to register a child who turns 5yrs. by August 31st, we will consider children whose birthdays fall between September and December of said year.
  • An interview will be conducted in January of the following year or earlier.
  • All future correspondence will be forwarded via email, please enter an e-mail address for both parents.
  • All registration forms will be available at our administrative office at 78–80 Dundonald Street, Port-of-Spain, on Tuesdays and Thursdays between the hours of 7:30 am to 12:30, or can be downloaded online by the button below.

Step 1.

Obtain a copy of the registration from either our administrative office or by downloading using the button below. Fill out the form.

Step 2.

Return the completed form to our administrative office, accompanied by a payment of the $500 registration fee. Payment can be done either by cash or LINX.

Step 3.

You will receive an email setting up an appointment for an interview.

Step 4.

Once the interview is completed, you will receive a response on whether your child has been accepted or not.

Step 5.

You will receive further instructions on the application process, once accepted.

Fee Structure

  • Application Fee
    A One-time fee of TTD$500.00 (Non-Refundable)
  • Capital Fund
    TTD$3,500.00 per child enrolled. Please note that this is a One-time fee (Non-Refundable).
  • Tuition Fee
    Currently TTD$5,300.00 per term.
